At WISE, members can attend one of our many energizing cardio classes and get their blood pumping once more. Classes vary in intensity from moderate aerobics to advanced boot camps that are guaranteed to serve as more than adequate preparation for even the most demanding athletes.

Unlike our men in uniform however, our instructors are gentler and the sessions only last 30 minutes to an hour. Alternatively, one might choose to do some yoga, building strength while simultaneously engaging in a meditative and spiritually uplifting tradition dating back to antiquity. Classes are offered exclusively for women so the sisters can express their vitality to the fullest in a value-centric space.
